Today I finally finished my article. :)

By a stroke of luck or turn of good fortune, I googled a direct source on my topic. Funny how these things happen.

Went with Mando to Sumo Sushi to celebrate. We got the Rose Roll and the Sumo Roll. The Rose Roll is tempura shrimp and spicy tuna stuffed inside. Sumo was crab, salmon and yellowtail. The fish just isn't very fresh at Sumo. Fresh sushi has a clean taste and the difference between fish is more pronounced. You can taste the fat in salmon and the leanness of tuna.

that didn't happen today and the spicy tuna was barely seasoned. eh, newbury park isn't the go to place for sushi anyhow, so you get what you pay for.
