Trying to write cover letters for blogging positions take me back to what it was like to be a student and the endless procrastination that comes with it.
Write a sentence. Facebook.
Write a sentence. Get up and go to the bathroom to check my complexion.
Write a few sentences all the while picking my teeth in between.
Needless to say, I get more and more fatigued with each painful paragraph that is strewn my fingertips. Which of course is perfect cause for me to then lie on my bed and pretend that I’m going to sleep for all of ten minutes.
I realize it’s 9:30, get up and pace around my room, check my phone, and stare at my laptop some more. ::sigh:: It’s going to be a long night.
